It helps to include
- What you were doing and what happened instead
- Browser or Android, and the version from Settings › About
- A screenshot, and the place on the map if it's about map data
Your account
- Signing in: Booner emails you a 6-digit code. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a minute.
- Extending access or add-ons: email us from the address you sign in with.
- Deleting your account and data: email us from that address and we'll delete it. See the privacy policy.
